US - Intermittent console loading issue

Resolved Some customers in the US may have experienced intermittent issues in the console from 05:15 UTC for up to 30 minutes. This was due to a faulting web server which has now been replaced. No data or processing was affected during this time.

EU Transaction Processing

Resolved We experienced an issue with one of the Cyclr Job Schedulers on the EU Instance that resulted in its system clock being set to a time in the future. This resulted in Cycles that retrieved new and updated data not retrieving any data, and for some Account Connectors not to correctly obtain new Access/Refresh Tokens. We completed resolving these issues at 14:13 GMT with Cycle LastSuccessfulRunDates being set correctly so that no data should have been missed, and Access/Refresh Tokens being adjusted so that new Tokens would be retrieved.
