Resolved Cyclr UK webhooks were unavailable between 2019-07-03 11:48:23 to 11:58:18 UTC. The UK web and API services were unavailable between 2019-07-03 11:20:37 to 11:41:02 UTC. This downtime was caused by a scheduled update. This update has improved our rate limiting algorithm and transaction queueing fairness.
