    We experienced an issue with one of the Cyclr Job Schedulers on the US Instance that resulted in its system clock being set to a time in the future. This resulted in Cycles that retrieved new and updated data not retrieving any data, and for some Account Connectors not to correctly obtain new Access/Refresh Tokens.

    We completed resolving these issues at 17:01 GMT with Cycle LastSuccessfulRunDates being set correctly so that no data should have been missed, and Access/Refresh Tokens being adjusted so that new Tokens would be retrieved.
