We can confirm that the connectivity issue has been resolved. The UK instance is operating as expected now.
» UpdatedThe UK web application, API and webhooks were not responsive between 2020-08-25 10:38:47 UTC and 2020-08-25 11:45:15 UTC. The connectivity to these instances has been restored now. We are still monitoring intermittent database errors, which AWS haven't resolved yet.
» UpdatedAWS are having connectivity issues with some of the EC2 and RDS instances. This has affected the Cyclr application.
