Our third-party DNS provider experienced DNS service disruptions across multiple global servers. which has now been stabilised, and all Cyclr instances are now functioning as expected. We continue to work closely with the provider to complete a full root-cause analysis.
Disruption to transactions looks to have been minimal. Analysis is ongoing and we will be reaching out to any impacted partners directly
